Description
This mod will disable the Charge Cost for Road Building Units by overriding the base game file. This is compatible with Mods that add the Road Building functionality to Builder's.

NOTE READ!!!
This Mod Requires the following, No Exceptions!

1) Rise & Fall DLC
2) Gathering Storm DLC
3) New Game

I may or may not update this mod if the game updates which I doubt it will at this point.
