SCE-77 Galapagos Star Skimmer

The Galapagos Star Skimmer is a luxury all purpose explorer vessel, perfect for cruising the galaxy in style. Featuring a fully airtight rover hangar and a rear dock for a small ship, the Galapagos can be outfitted for any mission on any planet in the farthest reaches of space. Two large hydrogen tanks ensure that you can go the distance, and 2 large flat atmospheric thrusters provide plenty of extra lift for planetary excursions, even when fully loaded up with supplies and additional vehicles. 3 turret hardpoints provide limited defense in dangerous territory, and 10 forward hydrogen thrusters ensure a fast getaway from larger threats.

The Galapagos Star Skimmer contains compact living quarters and dining area for a crew of 2, complete with a bed and cryo pod for each crew member.

PLEASE NOTE that the top mounted parachute hatch must be manually loaded from the main bridge, this is highly recommended for any planetary activities
