About this Mod
Optimize & simplify the Japanese description and improve the content to fit within the policy card frame.
Taking a cue from Eps's "EpsTweak for Policies MOD", the policy card description should fit within the frame as much as possible.

Supported Content
All policy cards from Vanilla/Raf/GS/NFP that are used in the regular game will be supported. Note, however, that scenario-specific policy cards will not be supported. Some policy cards will not fit even after simplification, so please check the details from the tooltip as before. Also, since there are policy cards for government legacy, the description of the government effect side will be changed as well. The government effect depends on the frame to be displayed on the government side, so the description is different from the one for the policy card.
