HMCT Lake Erie // Royal Canadian Navy troopship

HMCT Lake Erie was a Royal Canadian Navy troopship (fictional), which served in WWII. Lake Erie was originally supposted to be a small ocean liner, but at the start of the war her construction stopped. The ship was nearly done, all that wasn´t finished was the ships interior and some deck equipment. The navy show interest in the vessel in 1941, and acquired the ship finishing her as a troopship. The ship was mainly interesting because of her diesel propulsion. She was finished, launched, and commisioned in 1942, and instantly started moving Canadian troops to Britain. She met a very unfortunated end in 1943, when convoy in which she was sailing got attacked by German U-Boats. She increased her speed immediately after another ship was hit, steering her way into 2 torpedoes ment for another larger ship behind her, plus extra 2 torps ment for her. All 4 torps hitted her, but 1 of the torps was a dud while the rest exploded. Lake Erie sank in a few minutes.

Note2: If this ship seems familiar to you, than you are correct. It used to be on the workshop until i have removed it. I haven´t played the game for a while, and after returning i didn´t really have much to play with except for a few cargo ships, than i have remebered this ship. I have completly remade the interior, and gave her a name.

18 Kn top speed
Full interior
Working cranes
Working anchors (operated at the bow and stern)
Large cargo hold at the bow

How to sink:
A,
Go to the bridge.
Look for a key button under the table, and activate it.
Wait for a few seconds and explosions.
The ship will from the start sink very quickly until the water will reach the bridge, than it gets very slow.
Leave a few doors open on the ship to make the ship sink faster.

Small suggestion: Leave all the doors to the main mess open to speed up the sinking.

B,
Find the captains cabin.
Inside you´ll find a closet.
There is C4 inside the closet, you can place it anywhere you want.

The timer was on the vessel alredy before ther refit, so i have decided to keep using it.
