This is a Translation mod. (CN → EN)
Please put this Submod on top of the original mod.

This mod is currently very, uh, “strange,” So i plan to turn this mod on and tinker with it while I play.
For now, this MOD only adapts to the original units (However, this does not mean that having other troop type MODs active will cause the game to crash).
(Oh, friend, what I mean is that any crashes that do occur are at least not for this reason).
Compatibility with additional mods is slated for future updates.

The above link is a formation MOD that I really like, but the original author 泡泡茶壶 has stopped maintaining it (sad), so this mod was born.

Do you want to experience the rich and varied formations from the Total war: Three Kingdoms in Warhammer 3? This formations mod have been added for most infantry and cavalry (see the table below), each formation will provide some advantages for your troops, but at the same time, you must also bear certain risks, adding a bit of novelty to the dull battlefield clashes (Well, at least I hope so.)

Normal formations
Infantry with Shields:
Shield Wall(Low Rank): Mass +20%, Missile block chance +20, Resistance missile +10%, Can't run
Hollow Square(High Rank): Bracing +30%, Melee defense +8, Melee attack-5, Can't move, Charge reflection

Long Spear Infantry(without shield):
PIke Wall(Low Rank): Mass +40%, Bonus vs large +10, Melee defense +5, Can't run
Pike Square(High Rank): Mass +100%, Bonus vs large +5, Melee defense+5, Resistance missile-10%, Can't move, Charge reflection

Assault infantry:
Nothing for Low Rank
Flying Wedge (Infantry)(High Rank): Charge bonus +20%, Speed +10%, Melee attack +3, Melee defense-8

Cavalry:
Flying Wedge (Cavalry)(Low Rank): Mass+10%, Charge bonus +20%, Acceleration +15%, Melee attack +3, Melee defense -8
Diamond Formation(High Rank): Mass +20%,Acceleration -10%,Charge bonus -30%,Melee defense +3,Melee attack +4,Morale +8

Attention:Most of the Monster Cavalry are only able to use the Flying Wedge (Cavalry)

Shock Cavalry:
Flying Wedge (Cavalry)(Low Rank): Mass+10%, Charge bonus +20%, Acceleration +15%, Melee attack +3, Melee defense -8
Wedge Formation(High Rank): Mass +20%,Acceleration +20%,Charge bonus +20%,Charge speed +10%, Melee defense -8

Range Cavalry:
Cantabrian Circle (All Rank): Accuracy -20%,Resistance missile +20%,Range +15%,Continuous physical exertion (0.4/s),Can't move

Attention:Only Bow Cavalry and Pistol Riders are supported, in other words only Range Cavalry units with an attack range of a CIRCLE are supported

Special Formations
Undead:
Bone Wall:Mass +30%, Resistance missile +10%, Melee defense +8, Melee attack -8, Can't move

Greenskin:
Green tide:Charge bonus +30%, Speed +10%, Melee attack +5, Melee defense -8, Resistance missile -10%, Causes fear

Slayer:
Slayer's Fury:Charge bonus +10%, Speed +20%, Morale +6, Weapon damage+5%, Melee defense-8, Causes terror

The table above is not entirely strict, in order to allow each faction to experience all formations as much as possible, so there will be some units whose available formations do not quite follow the table.

Others

1. Mods that have altered the original infantry animations are not compatible (multiplayer? Unsure if compatible).

2. The AI only uses a few basic formations.

3. In subsequent updates, units using the “hollow square” formation may encounter a bug where soldiers on the perimeter pose in a T (泡泡茶壶 has resolved this for the original units).

4. Mixed weapon units (e.g., Armoured Kossars) have no formations, as the AI’s use of formations with these units can sometimes cause crash bugs.

5. Avoid using formations in dense urban areas, around houses, or when troops are too close together; please use them in open areas (keep in mind the word “open,” proximity does not equate to openness).

6. No new formations will be added in the future, as I believe all the usable ones have been utilized from the 13 “Unused” formations provided by CA.

7. I am not a good MODDER, so bugs or crashes are inevitable, please be understanding, and I'm open to any sound advice.
