This is an unofficial update. The original mod:

I just update it to 1.5, and nothing else is different. I'm unable to solve any technical problems.

The original description:
adds psylinks up to lvl 10. Also has in-built support for blindsight - truesight, have fun!

Thanks to Marek15 they now work!
I chose to make higher lvl psylinks enhance consciousness, I had to make them still be well... worth it.
