Luck - Spectacle Island - Inside a boat near the south, sitting on a locker shelf

Barter - Longneck Lukowski's Cannery - Back room with all the machines, if you follow the path around to a room that overlooks the operations it is on top of a terminal
Energy Weapons - Fort Hagen - The command centre, look around for the kitchen behind a closed door
Explosives - Saugus Ironworks - Where you find the leader of the forged behind where he is standing
Lock picking - Pickman Gallery - Just follow the area down until you find a strange room with some raiders and Pickman in the middle. The bobble head is next to the fire on the floor
Repair - Corvega Assembly Plant
Medicine - Vault 81 - The room Curie is stuck inside, on the table
Sneak - Dunwich Borers
Small Guns - Gunners Plaza
Unarmed - Atom Cats Garage - On top of the front of a car
Speech - Park Street Station/Vault 114 - On the overseer's desk

Main
  • Out of Time - Exit the vault
  • When Freedom Calls - Walk in from of the museum of freedom in Concord
  • Jewel of the Commonweath -Just head to diamond city
  • Unlikely Valentine - It is possible to skip straight to here by going directly to vault 114, skipping the minutemen, the next 6 quests will be easily triggered

  • Reveille - Head to the Boston Airport and talk to the guard, he will send you to Paladin Danse
  • Fire Support - After a certain point the marker from Reveille will disappear and a radio signal will come listening to it will begin the quest, alternatively if you keep walking towards the Cambridge Police Station it will also trigger

  • Form Ranks - Started after telling Preston Garvey that you need to attack the institute (this is skipped if you already have a couple settlements)

  • Road to Freedom - Find the railroad inside the church, the password to get in is RAILROAD, going directly here instead of following the freedom trail will finish the quest faster
