COM:Z Crawler for Hunter (model replacement)

Description
replaces the MDL for hunter with the hunter/crawler/fast zombie/whatever this things offically called from Call Of Mini Zombies

includes unused elite purple variant for l4d1 hunter
AND voice replacement!!

fun fact: these guys were removed from COMZ:1 after the 3.0 update
however they are still in the latest version of COM: Sniper
