Description
Changes the Consciousness and Moving debuffs from subtractive penalties (-30% and -10%) to multiplicative penalties (×70% and ×90%), to decrease the risk of someone collapsing or dying from a joint.

Also increases the mood buff from +13 to +35 (same as Yayo and Flake).

Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

I didn't know how to update an already-existing file yet, so I just deleted the old one and uploaded the replacement. Sorry for the trouble.
