Francis Klebitz IMPROVED

Description
An improved version of my favourite Francis addon: Francis Klebitz by Weasel. This fixes some minor issues I had with the original.

Changes:
-Added Cuba's jiggleboned attachments
-Added xdR reanim support
-Added jiggleboned holster
-Added LOD models
-Fixed a gap between the neck
-Fixed a broken button on his collar
-Improved sleeve weighting
-Used a different FP hand mesh
-Improved weighting of FP arms
-Fixed console errors with the textures

It seems there's no animation transition between active and resting when holding a rifle (or crouching/scoping in and out with the SG552), just sudden jerking between the two

Hi!, you can improve this as well?, it has a problem with some textures on the hands in FPP and the model loses textures from the legs on the world model. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=335596008
