Description
Yo, it's the merc!

This mod was initially just a quick pickup skin I slapped together on a whim but it quickly grew to my first attempt at a faction. Universal Petroleum is an American oil company featured in Mercenaries 2: World in Flames. Due to the delicate political situation in Venezuela that they may have helped cause they've decided to outsource security to Tactical Solutions Incorporated. With their military-grade arsenal, they effectively control the city of Maracaibo and any oil rigs in the region.

Features
- A collection of oil company mercenaries and workers
- A horrible baseball cap
- Vest reskins
- Reskins of the pickup, Zamak, AH-9, cougar, HEMTT, FV-720 and RHIB

- Pup and Jamie for the infiltrator vest, which I'll probably integrate eventually but I really do not have the patience right now

I have no plans on doing other factions unfortunately, there aren't enough unique vehicles for them.

@Ace I'll have a look at the executive stuff - storage space should be the same as the scientist clothes from Contact, but I'll see if I can give it some pockets.

Small bug. It looks like UP Executives aren't recognized by Zeus.

Also UP executive clothes lack any storage space. I don't know if that is intentional, but that seems a bit silly.

I know you have no further plans for the faction, but I say take a little creative liberty! For example, in a scenario I did last night, I took the skin off your version of the Cougar and applied it to armed Cougar variants using scripts.

It fit in very nicely and I argue should be a default addition.
