Gas Siphoning mod that has been Re-uploaded due to being taken down.

if anyone has the original description of the mod, i would like to paste it here.

- fix distribution table so it is possible to find a hose.
- Fix fuel straight from pump bug.
- Fix Autotsar trailers compatability.
- Fix Fuel Type Framework compatability.

@WCM DakotaWolf - Please let me know if it would be OK to switch my mod to public or if you want feel free to take the code from it and update this mod of yours.

Just in case - for now the fixed mod contents can be downloaded here [drive.google.com].

Feel free to pick the fixed version apart and make an update to this mod. Or let me know if I should publish it separately.

@WCM DakotaWolf Hi. Just wanted to let you know that I have identified a couple bugs with lua code here. One breaks AutoTsar's gas trailer. And another breaks being able to fill the car directly from the pump.

The second I alredy figured out how to fix and now working on how to ensure compatability with Trailer tank...

Please let me know what you would be more comfortable with? Me reuploading the fixed version under my name and taking over its support, or sharing the fixed code with you so you can apply it to this version?

If you know how to correct this mod, don't hesitate to let me know and post your corrected version.
Because currently this mod is unusable.

I believe item distribution file lines 21-28 are not supposed to be there as they attempt to set distribution for item "MWPWeapons.zhunterhookmachete".

Idk if it's a conflict with another mod, I have lots and lots and lots of mods, but this mod causes vehicle radial menu to fail to open when the vehicle is next to a gas pump, and it also blocks me from adding gas to a vehicle with any container. Kind of a huge problem, but I will refrain from criticism since it may be a conflict with another mod causing the issue
