SSL Buzz

Description
Buzz (from Brawl Stars) is a lifeguard at the Velocirapids water park and a real stickler for the rules. He clearly enjoys wielding the tiny bit of authority he has to the greatest degree possible.

Buzz is plagued with poor mobility, but by using his Super (Jab/Nair), he can make up for his shortcomings with his grapple floatie. Buzz's Super charges when enemies are within his radius.

Buzz can hold attack/special at the end of Uair, or hold crouch to activate his gadget: Reserve Buoy, which charges his Super instantly (albeit with fewer attributes than a natural charged Super). Use this limited resource for times when Buzz can't charge his floatie easily, such as out of pratfall offstage.

This game would be so much better with Buzz in it. This fills that void. But it's not enough. It needs to be overflowing.

2000 Showdown Wins with Buzz. 1200 trophy peak with Buzz. I love Buzz. I need Buzz. Put him in the game.

The only complaint is that it's not a non-SSL character. Hope this changes soon
