Description
This patch allows VRE Androids to have psychic abilities.

It does 3 things

- Android pawns can use Psylink Neuroformers

- Androids can spawn with traits that change their psychic sensitivity

- Androids no longer spawn with the gene that makes them psychically deaf

This mod is really only 4 simple XML patches, so if you want to change what this mod does, it's pretty simple.

(No NieR/9S content btw, just used it as the preview image)
