Bile Extinguishes Specials

Description
A script where special infected are extinguished if they get biled.

This applies to the bile throwable as well as mods that cause boomer explosion to bile nearby specials.

Idea kinda by Spicy_Jam.

Maybe this can finally discourage newbies from biling the tank once they got the septictank achiviement.

Great. It already was incredibly stupid to throw bile bombs on specials (outside of Versus I guess), but this mod really drives that point home lmao.

Is it possible to extinguish a Witch? When they run into fire they don't get extinquished unlike other infected (besides commons).
