HRE Expanded

Description
This mod aims to expand on the HRE by adding Imperial Authority.

- Main influences on Imperial Authority:
(Positives)
Amount of vassals (Higher tier = more authority)
Holding large chunks of Italy and Arles/Burgundy
Free investiture and having an anti-pope
Tributaries
Low or no council power at all (If you get a mod that touches Conclave's council laws it'll likely not work)
High prestige and diplomacy
Being a Crusader
Equiping the Reichskrone

(Negatives)
Being excommunicated
High council power
Wife being a lowborn
Not holding all of HRE dejure (counted per county)
Heretical vassals and provinces
Being in regency
Being uncrowned

(Other)
Winning and losing wars respectively also change the authority

Authority Limit/Cap; Depending on your council power you will be allowed more Imperial Authority cap, the cap doesn't go lower than 50 authority.

The amount is shown on the Emperor's trait. Forgot to change the encoding so will be hotfixing that rn.

Ah, makes more sense. Is this able to be seen without entering charinfo?

It uses a global variable (it's only global for my own ease of access).
In turn depending on the value of that variable the trait the emperor gets will get worse or better.
I might do something with spending Authority in different places like granting a boon in return for opinion ect ect.

Sounds interesting, is Imperial Authority a character modifier or something else entirely?
