I get this too, extremely frustrating because all my crew is mechanoids who get permenantly stunlocked trying to deconstruct enemy drop pods that come in the 50's in later ships you fight

encountered a weird bug. astro repair mechanoids can not deconstruct claimed enemy personal shuttles, they just stand right by it.
