Add a medium battery block for small grid :

- volume 1x2x3

- max input/output 1.25 MW

- max Stored Power 320 kWH

Survival ready, with build stage, LOD, color, skin, etc ...

if i keep adding "new" block to the game, yeah i'll think about it :) for now i prefer keep them separate to make update/fix easier.
