Mod that adds in the Joe Biden. Includes 11 static portraits, a name list and a custom empire.

It is time to unleash your inner Joseph Robinette Biden. It is time to show the universe who's at the front of the line at the ice-cream van. It is not Joever. It is Joe-ever. The elections await.

Joe Biden is one of the people. He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, 1942. He is yet to be deceased. You have the power to keep his legacy alive Joe-ever.

Spawn enabled has now been set to always for the United States of Biden so if you don't want sleepy joe exterminating the galaxy disable this mod.

Due to funny AI silliness, I had 7 Joe Bidens leading various empires in my last game, including an empire going down Galactic Nemesis.
Joe Biden then killed my best friend by rebelling in their only system, immediately destroying them.
My therapist wants to send me to the psych ward because she thinks I am going crazy; no, I see the truth now.
Joe Biden is everything. He is the key. He is what we study during Cosmogenesis.
He is the crack demon which keeps me coming back to this game.
He is my tungsten cube.
He is the love of my life.

Seeing as there aren't any other up to date trump mods, I think I must him in to create a trump/biden duo mod. Will tweak around with biden empire so it is discinct from trump. may go on to create other world leader / politician mods as well if duty compels me.
