Linear General XP

Usually the Hearts of Iron law states that with every trait, your TRAIT XP GAIN is divided by the amount of traits you already have.

UNIT_LEADER_USE_NONLINEAR_XP_GAIN = true

by changing this to

UNIT_LEADER_USE_NONLINEAR_XP_GAIN = false

I linearized the XP gain.

I changed another value

BASE_LEADER_TRAIT_GAIN_XP = 0.45,

to

BASE_LEADER_TRAIT_GAIN_XP = 1,

so that you can experience your newly acquired powers way quicker.

I changed

UNIT_LEADER_INITIAL_TRAIT_SLOT = {
1.0, -- field marshal
0.0, -- corps commander
1.0, -- navy general
0.0, -- operative
},

to

UNIT_LEADER_INITIAL_TRAIT_SLOT = { -- trait slot for 0 level leader
10.0, -- field marshal
0.0, -- corps commander
10.0, -- navy general
0.0, -- operative
},

so that you can easily acquire all the traits you require for said General
aswell as made it so you get 2 more slots each level.
