Hello, this is my first mod so if there are any issues please let me know so I can fix them.
What does the mod do?
This mod will grant each brotherhood chapter a much better starting technology. I always found it strange that the brotherhood is incapable of producing better armor than some "scavenged" suits, and unable to produce at least basic support weaponry, so I decided to make this mod as lore friendly as possible.
An example is the power armor, as only the Lost Hills chapter will be capable of producing T-51b, while all the other chapters only have T-45d, since it would make sense that the main chapter will have the best technology while the others are either expeditions only or are fresh chapters.
Another example is the training technology, as the Mojave Chapter will have the best training tech as the Hidden Valley Bunker as access to VR, while Lost Hills will still have a high training tech because of their military heritage and strict code, meanwhile other chapters will still have high training tech but nothing crazy.
Regarding land doctrines, most chapters will have the "Refined Warfare" tree fully researched, as based on the brotherhood ideology and the tech tree descriptions, most of these doctrines are part of the Codex or part of the BOS tradition. Only exception is Texas, since they can choose between "Grand Battleplan" (Trooper Warfare" or "Refined Warfare".
With industry, the Brotherhood chapters will start with maxed scavenging tools, as while they can produce their own tools, they mostly rely on scavenging their equipment. Similar happens with recycling, as we can see in many games where the brotherhood recycles even the smallest screw, so that is why they now have max recycling. But also, they do not have any advantages when it comes to exploitation, construction, and farming, as we know from Fallout that they trade for food, they do not have any form of mines or resource production (maybe only in main scale) and they mostly rely in using old military structures as bases rather than building bases (look at the NCR building Shady Sands from basically nothing).

Is it compatible with other mods?
Depends, any mod that will add characters, national spirits/ideas, change the AI in some aspects, etc will more probably not be compatible, as all these mods and this one use the "history" file, which includes the characters, national spirits, technology, AI doctrines, etc the country will have.
