@Piff, theres a modded oil spawner on the workshop I use for testing. You just have to cut and paste it into your creation. Saves a ton of time

@Phil - The Only trouble with testing this Build is to Take it to a Oil Rig Every time because the Fluid Spawner doesn't spawn OIL. And Thank I Appreciate it :)

Have you tried connecting the liquid meter in the oil tank using composite out the outputting to an instrument panel listing all the liquids to see whats actually in the tank? It seems like as you make the diesel it gets pumped out (like it should) but what remains in the oil tank is a mix of oil and jet fuel. I cant seem to find a way to remove the jet fuel. Thought about using a centrifugal separator but those are massive. So thinking of creating some logic that empty's the tank at a certain % of jet fuel to oil ratio into a "waste" tank then refilling the oil tank with fresh oil.

for some background I basically cut the bones out of your creation and stuck 3 of them in an oil tanker. I pickup oil in one location and convert it to diesel on my way to sell it.

You're a lot smarter then me so hoping you can come up with a more elegant solution :).
