More Statehood Decisions

This mod improves on Hoi4's base statehood mechanic.
It includes the option to now core:
Philippines
Rio Grande
Baja California
Canada
Ireland
Britain
Australia
New Zealand
Liberia

All decisions have had the Political Power drain removed, and only take 70 days.

It would be great if facist murica could core all english speaking coutries decision. But communist murica can core all America, but not anything else. It would make it even more good

Canada (and Britain) should be split into provinces.

This is kind of overpowered. You should remove Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and split Canada into its provinces instead of making Canada one single state (which doesnt make sense)
