STEP 1
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS:
  • A Ship
  • A good chunk of hyperdrive fuel
  • patience

The first thing to do is to go to as many systems as you can.
For each system you visit, visit the mission manager on the left side of the space station.

GET THESE MISSIONS
  • Kill creatures
  • Kill sentinels
  • (optional) Kill predators

DO NOT DO THE MISSIONS RIGHT AFTER YOU GET THEM
Your goal here is to get as many of the same missions as you can, which ill cover in the next step.
STEP 2
What you need for this step:
  • Your big boy shoes
  • A Boltcaster and ammunition
  • A decently sized list of the aforementioned missions
  • An abandoned outpost, an infested planet or an airless planet

After you've gathered the above, visit a place that has whispering eggs and initiate a swarm.

Killing biological horrors counts as a creature. (THIS WONT COUNT TOWARDS PREDATORS)
It wont matter what quest you currently have selected, each horror you kill will count towards all of your quests. This applies to all of the sentinels you kill as well. Every mission will be completed simultaneously as long as each of the kill thresholds are met.

What would've been hundreds of dead creatures and chunks of meat clogging your inventory has been condensed down to a grand total of...

...15 biological horrors. Maybe a few sentinels as well.

STEP 3
What you need for this part:
  • Your ship w launch and pulse engine fuel in it
  • a Space Station mission master
  • Inventory space in your ship+exosuit

What you need to do:
Turn in the missions youve completed after killing stuff.

watch as the envoys give you a ton of reputation and items for doing basically one task.
