Valkyrie Industries presents: WINGS (Updated) THESE ARE FOR MAKING BLUEPRINTS ( http://steamproxy.net/app/244850/guides/?searchText=blueprints&browsefilter=trend&requiredtags%5B%5D=-1#scrollTop=0)

This is the introductory set of blueprintable wing designs using blast door blocks. I will be expanding the basic set with large ship block versions, and more elaborate sets using Shaocorps armor, various engines, weapon sets, and with some of the larger versions, conveyor systems for the weapons, and possibly even full power systems, gyros, etc.

Feel free to make blueprints and use in your builds. The larger ones include mount points.


Why? Because this workshop has a serious lack of nice looking wings. Not every model should rely on the same three sets of wings.

And if I can figure out how, I will even design mecha style wings, ala Xenogears : )

Update 1 Added octagonal wing wedges, and the first integrated thruster wings

Update 2 two new engine wings. Dual Azimuth large "flying wing" design, and "Broadsword" wings (inspired by the Broadsword fighter) Both have integrated weapons. First has one Azimuth launcher and one railgun in each. the second has one azimuth launcher and two rail guns per wing. The flying wing also has integrated conveyors to the railguns

Update 3 Because I couldn't resist. "Dagger" wings. <.< >.> and if I made those... I had to include a "sharkfin" no?

Update 4 A small fin, a standard T-shape tailfin, "Funky" wings, and added conveyor system to the Broadsword wing so the Railguns can be reloaded.

Update 5 Big Azimuth Thruster wings and Industrial Thruster wings.

Update 6 Hellblade wings... Because Hellblade engines need something demonic looking XDDDDD

Update 7 Corner Thruster Delta wings.

Update 8 Fixed the launchers now that tumble has fixed the launcher mod. The Broadsword wings now have the standard launchers because it lets me make the engine fin look more like the original. The Azimuth Flying Wing and the Hellblade wing have been repaired to still use the Azimuth launchers.

Update 9 Wyvern engine mounts. <.< >.> (come on... you KNOW you want to build a Starfury now hehehe)

Update 10 Large Ship versions of the wedges, the "Dagger" and "Sharkfin" and... just because, Broadsword Wings. Yes, that's right, Large ship sized, with three conveyor fed missle launchers hehehe.

Update 11 Because Val is insane.... The Leviathan Wing.

Update 12 Shaocorp only wing. Weird shape to show the kind of complex shaping possible with Shaocorp. With integrated Shaocorp thruster.

Update 13 Simple Startrek shuttle style wings

Update 14 Yes....those ARE Angel Wings

Update 15 By request, my attempt at making the HALO Falcon tiltwing rotors and tailfin.

Update 16 Added the Azimuth Sheild mod to the world and built Azimuth Sheilded weapon wings!

Update 17 Fixed an error with the Azimuth Sheilded Weapon Wings.... and left a copy of the Azimuth Fighter for you to play with XDDDD

Update 18 Just because I felt like it, I left copies of the Azimuth Fighter, Hellblade Fury and Redbird Mk III Deathbird for you to play with... And to PROVE you can use these in your own models.

A simple trick I've figured out. When you want to paste a blueprint, BEFORE you hit control V, select ANY block type and put it against the spot you want to paste to, and then hit CTRL V. This usually makes sure the BP is up against the model and in merge mode. Remember, if the BP is rotating in less than 90 degree increments IT IS GOING TO PASTE INTO SPACE!!!! It MUST be rotating in 90 degree increments and jumping in 1 block increments against your model to merge with it.

Update 19 Because it was boring, Val rebuilt the Leviathan wing. It is now a Showcase for Shaocorp's new update.It will require Shaocorps MASTER mod pack, and the Leviathan thruster, and just because, Darth Biomechs Rail Gun. Theres a new Screenshot showing the four new mods added to the world too.

Update 20 Tweaked the Leviathan wing for better FPS by removing simplifying the interior (removed most of the pillars because they caused too much lag, and I kept running into them, Also, I've made a copy of the Burekashi's Titan Wing, simplified. It only requires the Azimuth Thrusters, Titan Engine, and the Ramp Slope mods

Update 21 Added a couple of new mods in order to build the Azimuth Spawn ship. Screenshot of added mods above and a copy of the Spawn ship to play with. Anyone who can help me make the Spawn ship into a Spawn ship mod, please let me know!

Update 22 Replaced all the Azimuth fighters with the new one that don't have the wing mounted manuvering thrusters so that they are safe for people who refuse to turn off thruster damage. Also rebuilt the Azimuth weapon wing to match the fighter version, fixed a few errors caused by the last update, and worked on the t-shaped tail to use the new peices Harag has added to the blast doors.

Update 22. Introducing the Arrow Delta wing. I also edited the Angel Wings to give them sharper points, and fixed the t-tail to be smoother.

Update 23. Two new wings, The Gullwing and Sabre engine wings. Also... expect a major update at some point in the future. <.< >.> Harag and I have been conversing. Nuff said.

Update 24 Harag's Wing Parts mod is now available! And now, the first Dihedral Delta wing! and as a Bonus, the Dihedral Fighter. This is just the beginning hehehehehehehehehe

Update 25 The TIE Interceptor wing. complete with ION THRUSTERS hehehe

Update 26, The Shrike Wings, and the Falcon Wings, and of course, the Shrike and the Falcon MK II (updated version) I've also added some new mods, replaced the cockpits on the azimuth fighters, and adjusted the load order of the mods so that Harag's Wing peices is earlier than the blast door sections, because he moved the wing tips.

Or are you asking for like a small wing world only?

There is one really really really BIG wing for the Leviathan Engine, but that's the only really complex item in the world I know of.

It takes forever to load... Just removed the red marked mods (red numbers) and waited about 30 minutes, just to realize it won't load.. You know a fix for that?

Given that quite a few of the mods are either not yet updated ti DX 11, or have been removed from the workshop, you're getting errors due to mods no longer being available.

I will have to recreate this world because I lost the original save, and cannot update this workshop entry.

They all worked... until the DX 11 update broke a lot of stuff. *sigh*

I have been having trouble with all of your ships saying that I was missing mods, and whe I try to use the WIngs World, it keeps giving me an "error downloading mods." I'm pretty new to Space Engineers, so if I can get some guidance, that'd be cool. :steamhappy:

most of these require the blast door and wing sections mod by Harag. To use it properly you must have Wing sections loaded BEFORE blast door sections. All other mods tend to just be the individual engine used on that mod, or if it has conveyor, you need KillerCorps conveyors mod.

Loading the world should ensure you have all the needed mods, but you will still have to make sure the right mods are installed in the world you want to use the BP in.

If you tell me which wing you are trying to load I can tell you exactly what mods are in it.

i cant upload any of these as blueprints, i tried to make some and it tells me mod not found in world, unless i am in the world with all of them. is this a bug or did i not do something right?
