Milky Way Galaxy Generation Stats

Uses statistics from NASA's exoplanet database to generate more realistic galaxies, from back in 2022 when they just crossed the 5000 mark for confirmed exoplanets. Expect a lot more yellow stars and barren planets. Adjusted star weights only work on the "old" galaxy setting.

Also contains some modifications to one of the English localization files for more scientific planet and star classification.

This is a personal project that I'm publishing so friends can use it in multiplayer. This will likely not be updated for a long time, and I will not be answering comment or requests, so don't hold your breath.
