Description
Significant overhaul of the game to the IronSky movie theme... yes... Space Nazis... from the moon!

Mod Features:
-4 cultures, Imperial German, Third Reich, Bundes Republik & Futuristic Nazis. (clothing, hair, skin & names etc.)
-German ship skin, conversion of the reptilian & Humanoid fleets with German AH+88 identifiers.
-20 new ship weapons, radar, shields etc.
-4 new Spaceport modules.
-2 German Ship sets.
-2 German City graphics sets.
-5 starting system options, from advanced moon base to pre-developed ring-worlds.
-12 new traits. Eissenvolk, Herrenvolk etc. allowing you to tweak science, government, warfare & rescouce collection which also give empire bonus, affect leader & sector numbers resource limits etc...
-9 new buildings.
-9000+ German ship, station colony & star names.
-100+ logos/flags/banners & backgrounds from the Imperial Eagle to the Swastika & Bundes Eagles & coats of arms.
-4 prescripted cultural nations.
-Germans have full selection of period hair, clothing & will appear in correct uniforms in science admiral etc view.

Compatibility: I recommend playing with no other mods initially to see what this mod does as the changes are extensive. It should work with most mods. But be aware, many things have been changed, so you may have balancing issues or some functions conflicting. Only a few files have be replaced to this end.



This mod takes the Space Nazis from the dark side of the moon from the film IronSky (the original, not the "Coming Race" http://www.ironsky.net/ ) & plunges them into the Stellaris world.

200 years have passed since the great Helium 3 war depicted at the end of the movie, & you start on an advanced moon-base; with the earth turned artic from the war.

There are many options to tweak at the beginning of the game, in the race creation/selection screen... the most important are traits & starting locations.

The traits are broken in to four areas, with three levels.
-Resource gathering, the three options of green blue & gold will tweak this by 5%, 10% & 20% respectively. They are named Deutsche Volk, Eisenvolk & Herrenvolk.
-Government can be tweaked to the same degree with the same system, with Kreisleiter, Gau & Reichsleiter options.
-Technology resource gather, tech options & tech rate can be tweaked at the same rates with 'Technische Bühne I-III'.
-Military fighting stats can also be altered to 5%, 10% & 20% boosts using the 'Kriegsbereitschaft I-III' options.

You have an option to have Helium 3 tech from startup once in-game.

I have added four new starting systems beyond Sol, Deneb & random. These are Mond, an advanced & fully developed moon base with 4 habitable worlds in the Sol system. Another is Erde, an advanced & developed earth with a base on the moon & 3 other colonisable worlds in the Sol system. There are also two ring-world options where you start on a massive 25 section gaia planet with either a 4section ring-world (Rhinegold) or a 12 section ring-world (Nibelungen). The ring-worlds also have developed basses.

***IMPORTANT*** The point of these selections is to allow you to craft the type of game you wish to play. But please bear in mind that if you take the four gold level traits & start on a Nibelungen start world you will have a completely OP game unless you throw yourself into a very busy & angry galaxy on hardest level.

The ship, station & buildings are very expensive, but also very strong or rewarding of resources or buffs. The ships have very long range, 125 for missiles 100 for most other items... so you can out fox most opponents easily early on. This is designed to reflect the German way of fighting, with a few strong & advance worlds or ships; it will also reflect WW1&2, with initial easy gains, but getting harder further on. Many of the new ship add-ons give power, so you will not necessarily need reactors in most things, which frees up space. The use of Helium III in almost everything has yielded many gains over the best weapons of the other space faring nations... but it costs a lot. Things are very expensive, but very powerful.

I recommend playing the preselected GrossDeutchesReich option first with no changes, in a small galaxy with max opponents all on advanced level to get a feel for this mod. Also, disable other mods until you are familiar with what this mod does. It should do everything you need.

It makes no attempt to be historically accurate, it is just to have a wee blitz in space...
