Springfield M1A Super Match (Hunting Rifle)

Springfield M1A Super Match, in the same identical modification as shown in Highschool Of The Dead. Modelled completely from scratch by yours truly in about 2 and half weeks. This Battle Rifle is owned by Police SAT Officer Rika Minami, but was looted by Kohta Hirano while the gang of protagonists sheltered in her apartment. Rei Miyamoto later on uses the M1A as per main weapon of choice, albeit as a spear with the M6 Bayonet attached. She was never seen firing the gun likely due to her inexperience with rifles.
This rifle was mislabelled as a "M1A1" both in the Anime and Manga likely due to a typo. This is also the rifle used in "that" infamous scene at the wired barricade.

Attachments: Kydex Cheek Riser, Aimpoint CompM2 Reddot Optic, Optic covers, Optic Killflash, Magpul Magazine Pulls, SureFire M900A flashlight vertical grip, KAC M14 RIS Handguard, KAC QD Sling swivel, M14 Flash hider, and M6 Bayonet.

The Springfield M1A is the semi-automatic civilian variant of the military select firing M14 battle rifle. The rifle's design was derived directly from the M1 Garand, which later on replaces the said rifle in US Military service. The Super Match variant of the M1A features a match-graded heavy barrel that allows for greater accuracy over longer distances, designed specifically to target competition and marksman sports.
