Black Reliquary - Torch-Dependent Bombard Skills

In the Black Reliquary, the Wildlander Bombard has a prep-round debuff skill called "Reveal the Weaklings". Despite always being the same regardless of whether she spawns during the day or at night, the skill looks as though it's the nighttime counterpart to a time-dependant skill, like the Solar Imbuement and Lunar Embrace of the Painwarden.

This mod reworks Reveal the Weaklings, dividing it up into three unique skills which the Bombard uses depending on the time of day. Each one causes unique debuffs based on the kind of flare which she loads into her weapon.

During the Debilitating Daylight hours, the Bombard loads a Rallying Flare, which debuffs the heroes beneath it by decreasing the damage they do as well as receive. The way this flare works is by placebo, rallying the Wildlanders and increasing their damage and endurance (or maybe she snuck a little Amber into it, which rains down upon your heroes).

Beneath the Mantling Moonlight, she fires a Revealing Flare, which behaves identically to Reveal the Weaklings - as the name implies. The improved visibility offered by the flare decreases the dodge and increases the crits received by her foes.

Finally, when there's an Encroaching Eclipse, the Bombard turns to her stockpile of Black Sun Flares which she got from a dubious individual. By some eldritch magic, these flares reduce the bleed resist of those beneath them, and increase bleed duration.

Beyond the debuffs, the three flares function identically to the original skill: they are only used during prep round, ignore the prep round accuracy debuff, and ignore / remove stealth.

It will then show up in the addons tab in the Black Reliquary main menu, and can be activated in a similar way to DD1's mods.
