C-27J Medium Transport Aircraft

The Alenia C-27J Spartan is a military transport aircraft developed and manufactured by Leonardo's Aircraft Division (formerly Alenia Aermacchi until 2016). It is an advanced derivative of the former Alenia Aeronautica's earlier G.222 (C-27A Spartan in U.S. service), equipped with the engines and various other systems also used on the larger Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules. In addition to the standard transport configuration, specialized variants of the C-27J have been developed for maritime patrol, search and rescue, C3 ISR (command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance), fire support/ground-attack and electronic warfare missions.

This model was painted to represent the Italian AIr Force.

This is my first creation for the NATO pack, and in fact my first released vehicle brought to Stormworks. my grandad visited the crashsite of one of these in tuscany lmao right after it crashed and he took a pilot mask and tried to take the door winch but failed

@Tella Tobi If you do not have a modified workbench, you must use the mission editor to spawn it. If you don't know how to do this, there are tutorials on youtube, steam discussions, etc.

@madmike86n Hi! Yes, we do have a cargo loader awaiting to be released soon. We've been running into some roadblocks with it and we want to make sure it runs smoothly for all players.

I hope you can make a C-27A; my dad flew on them as an advisor (American Advisory Mission) for the Afghan Air Force, and the USAF flew them from Howard AFB.

@DEAN MIKE I do, we've decided we're going to release both the loader, forklift, airdrop packs, and additional equipment tomorrow since we wanted to add more to the packs.
