Ah, the overworked accountant of the Nurgle, given an impossible task sure to never be completed. Papa Nurgle does love his little games, doesn't he? Nurgle's a fun one, possibly the most interesting of all the Chaos Gods, and the portrayal of this God of Despair, Disease, and Death as a jolly, fatherly figure is a fun one indeed - as is the fact that he doesn't really solve your problems, he just gives you the ability to ignore and accept them. He works very well as a metaphor for the darkest depths of depression in that way. I've seen some call him spiteful and cruel, and egh, I just don't see it. Spite's definitely Mortarion's thing, but the Death Guard didn't so much fall to Nurgle as they were violently shoved until they pleaded for an end to their suffering, which Nurgle provides - much as he provided the suffering in the first place. The fact that those who endure Nurgle's Rot the longest become his strongest Plaguebearers suggests to me the Nurgle genuinely admires conviction, perserverance, even resistance to him after a fashion - after all, everyone comes to him eventually. He can wait.

Panjandrum's Parade gets Plaguebearers moving faster and fighting for longer.
Keepers of the Accounts toughens up Plaguebearers, and gives them Stalk - which might be a bit OP and I'll give it a checkover, but I just enjoyed the fact that canonically he tells all his minions to keep incredibly quiet so as not to distract him.
Maggoty Mounts gives a couple of small boosts to Plaguebearer cavalry.
With Utmost Efficiency gives Plaguebearers a new ability that activates after 30 kills to boost their Damage Resistance and Melee Defence, so they're even harder to kill. Have fun!
