Better Grenades x Enhanced Armaments compatibility patch

This mod simply overrides the new grenades from Enhanced Armaments to perform like the ones from Better Grenades, meaning you will need to pull the pin to arm them before they are thrown. The stun grenade also was tweaked to share the behaviours of the two mods' versions of it, and some odd behaviours have been tweaked, mostly relating to how grenades explode in detonators/railgun shells...

If there is a demand for it I will split the dependency of the Fuel for the Fire expansion into a separate mod.

The mod's image is the load order while I uh. Figure out how to add pictures to this description instead lol
