The 2024-04-25 Fallout 4 update (1.10.980 and later) has broken F4SE and the rest of the native code modding scene similarly to Skyrim's "Anniversary Edition" patch. Basically, bethesda bricked F4SE, bricked 90% of mods and made game unplayable. A lot of people, inculding me, wasnt very happy to see that. "The usual Fallout standart"

To make your game playable and fun again, we need to open Steam console. To do that, we need to past that in our web browser and press Enter

steam://nav/console

after that, pop up window will ask us to start steam, and then the console will open.
Also, you can add that as a Steam shortcut - find "+ Add game" in the left bottom corner of the Steam app, press it, 1st row - add game not from steam, then search. Then, choose any shortcut from your start screen ( like for a calculator, im talking about *.LNK file) and add it to steam. Then open its properities. Name it Steam console and past command above into to rows. It should look like that.

Now we need to find files to download and then replace F4 current files with them, reverting game to playable state. For each language you need to download different depot. For a Fallout 4, all depots are here - https://steamdb.info/app/377160/depots/

copy one row, past it in the console and press enter
steam will then download all related files, which can be found here - Steam\SteamApps\content\app_377160
inside that folder will be all out depots we needed
download all of them, then copy them into Fallout4 folder, replacing all files. After that, in the Data folder, you need to DELETE ALL files that has "ccBG" in the beginning of its name.
Thats it, you good to go!
