Description
Greetings fellow enlightened. Have you ever felt that getting more recruits for your Synaptic Lathe was a bit tedious or taking too long? Well I have a solution for you! Introducing Synaptic Acquisition, a total war casus belli just for those that have chosen the path of Cosmogenesis and built the Synaptic Lathe.

Fun stuff aside this mod does practically what it says on the tin, it gives any empire that has taken the Cosmogenesis Ascension Perk and has built the Synaptic Lathe the ability to declare a total war against practically any other empire for the purpose of "recruiting" more subjects for the Lathe.

All in all, I made this during a bout of insanity and decided to share it here on the workshop, so have fun messing up the galaxy and burning out hundreds of neural chips.

@Nicho This mod doesn't add any policies. It just gives Cosmogenesis empires a total war casus belli against practically every other empire.

What does the "recruitment" policy do, i.e. how does it work mechanically in-game?
