Nanite Harvest Tooltip

Description
Adds a tooltip to the galaxy map view to check potential nanite deposits created by the Nanite Harvester.

Based on ArcFurnaceTooltip by glee8e, huge thanks to him, check it out!

@Hydrargarium Thanks for the feedback! I have just updated it to reflect the changes you suggested, instead of just counting system bodies. It's much more useful now. I hope you like it!

Would it be possible to add either total planet size or a short list of the highest sizes to the tooltip?
Asking because nanite deposits can double for every 3 planet size so a 2 gas giant system might be more valuable than a bunch of little asteroids.
