You have to use Roman for this.
Just bring a knife.
1. Climb up and kill that guy and loot it.
2. Walk to left side and wait for the guy to walk into building.
3. Climb down and go right side to kill the trader.
4. Go left side and use AK to kill the first and second guy.
5. Go to the door and peek. Wait till he come closer, make some noise and hide in shadow and wait for backstab.
6. Run to outside and climb up the ladder 2 times and wait for 3 more guys to come out and shoot them.
7. Loot.
