Kayzk sword replacement

Very simple mod that aims to fix the blank default Bloodletter hellblade that Kayzk wield in game by replacing it with a brand new one, fully made for Kayzk only. The sword itself is inspired by one of the sword used by the blightkings on the tabletop.
