修改了文灾事件crisis.7225，删除了会毁球和变沙漠星球的部分
可以给我上debuff，别动我球啊啊啊啊

Modified event crisis.7225(Tyranny of the suns) so that the dry planet colony would not be destroyed and no planet would become desert planet
