Cant Build Railway

The mod adds an idea that prohibits a certain country from building railways. This can be used to prevent the bot from building myriads of railways.

To add an idea, you need to select the country you want to add the idea to. And enter the command: “add_ideas cbr”. CBR is an idea that prevents the construction of railways.

ATTENTION: This idea does NOT take away the ability to build railways, it just means that it will NEVER be built.

This mod is NOT compatible with Ironman.
