I sadly do not, though, I can offer some tips from my experiences. If you're just starting, I recommend editing some sprites (e.g. 8-Bit MegaMan sprites) before doing any custom work. Get an understanding and whatnot. And once you're comfortable, check out various guides or tutorials on Youtube or various pixel-based sites, e.g. lospec.
And which program do you want or like to use? I mainly use MSPaint for the base sprites or backups, Aseprite for the donkey work and Photoshop for anything else.
