1 tier gain 10 per turn
2 tier gain 25 per turn
3 tier gain 50 per turn

armaments cost per unit just -1

unit armaments cost unit increase 25% -> 10%

warmachine armaments cost unit increase 10% -> 5%

It's currently outdated though and causing issues when using on the current patch
