Automatic City and State Name Changer Optimized

Açıklama
I rewrote the code for Automatic City and State Name Changer Reborn to be less laggy, also it is now based on state control instead of just ownership so you don't have to wait until wars are over to get new names and some puppets can get their overlords state names too

Could you make an option to change Stalin-related names if another communist leader comes to power? Or when Soviet Russia is your puppet? Oh, and Stalinabad as capital of Tajikistan still exists.

awesome mod, but some of the czech names are wrong, for example východní sudetsko should be východní sudety and champagne changes to šampaňské víno, which means champagne wine :D.

@donald.grape The Frunze/Bishkek thing is an oversight, I fixed it in this update. I confused Kalinin with a different city in russia, I changed it to Tver when not communist. I have a pinned discussion called suggestions if you find any other oversights or want to give input.

You should change Frunze to Bishkek when part of bigger Russia. When Kyrgyz is independent it's Bishkek, but when it's part of a bigger territory like Russia, its name stays Frunze. Frunze was a Soviet general and has no business to have a city there, just rename it Bishkek for every ideology except communism. Also, why is Kalinin called "Podlipki" when not communist. I believe its original name is Tver.

@LunThick Oh I see what the problem is, Belgium doesn't actually have it's own unique names so it just uses the names of whatever country controlled it last. In my local mod version I set it so it will use english names as a fallback if a country doesn't have it's own unique names but I forgot I hadn't pushed this update yet.

@LunThick It works fine for me, how are you releasing the countries? I have it set so that if a country is a reichskommisariat, integrated puppet, or collaboration government they will get their overlords name.
LunThick 20 Tem @ 11:59
For example as germany take belgium and release it, it does not revert back to the old name.

@LunThick did you release yourself as a puppet? Some types of puppets will get their overlord's names
