Description

I rewrote the code for Automatic City and State Name Changer Reborn to be less laggy, also it is now based on state control instead of just ownership so you don't have to wait until wars are over to get new names and some puppets can get their overlords state names too

@scheinhasu I don't think so, Road to 56 adds and changes states so this mod will probably give their states wrong names
