I dont know how to port model from HD2, this model is form garry's mod:

and I add a cape, if you dont go backwards, cape looks fine I guess

@Freaky Lindon If you don't want the cape, search for how to unpack/pack vpk files, and how to make texture transparent in the source engine, cape is a alone texture called cape.vtf, it's a very simple thing, I really can't do a capeless version for every survivor:steamsalty:
