It just didn't drop. I even created a new world and killed the Goozma. No drop.

it only drops if you haven't absorbed it

The wiki says it's 100% guaranteed on the first kill.
Or the wiki is wrong and has a very low drop chance.

Goozma keeps running away after my friends and I take a decent chunk of health from them. Unsure if this is a compatibility issue with other mods or if this guy is sort of bugged.

Today, while I was playing online with multiple players, I encountered an issue that had not previously occurred in multiplayer mode. The normal method of summoning the Slime King no longer worked, but the summoning method after defeating Goozma was still functional. This issue did not occur in single-player mode
