Makes puppets use overlord colours, simple as that!

Compatibility
Made specifically for Kaiserreich, don't use it for other large overhauls.
Should be compatible with most of the same stuff Kaiserreich is compatible with.
Won't work with submods that edit puppet files or add new puppet types(unless they also assign overlord colours).
