Better Mulchtube Fertilization

Mulchtubes take forever to get soil to a productive level (ESPECIALLY in the desert). This aims to speed up the process, and hopefully give a lore-friendly reason for it.

-Inverted growth speed (poor soils make the plants grow faster, up to 200%; good soils slow the growth)

-All soil types can be converted, including gravel

-Radius of soil conversion greatly increased. use this in alternating rows with those soil-draining Energy Crystal plants to keep them growing at maximum efficiency

-because this plant now enjoys poor quality soil, hydroponic growing of this plant is not effective

-Harvesting of Sweet Syrup productivity is halved

-Added Manure resource on harvest to allow fertilizing of other fields (or whatever else you like using manure for)
