Update version of Lucky Star Civilization with improved design and much crazy accurate to the characters appearance regard of their action in the game. Now include music and Minami in the game, as well as weirdly dumb dialog.

- Reduce Minami unit's combat strength in her own territory.
- Fix bad leader name spell being "Minami" instead of "Minani".
- Fix Minami's city can be founded after she have two or more cities after receive from other empire.
