The LEVIATHAN was developed during the most intense period of conflict between ROBA and WASSER, during the times of intergalactic war, WASSER had begun large scale production of many spacecraft, the most popular being the HAVOC. These craft let loose hell upon ROBA facilities, forcing ROBA to act. Only a short few years later, the LEVIATHAN was produced, a massive and powerful beam cannon able to quickly and effectively take out space and air craft. It was installed in all major ROBA facilities and proved incredibly effective in stopping WASSER from further destroying ROBA resources, so effective that the LEVIATHAN was installed onto ROBA's own spacecraft. Rumors circulate that WASSER stole the blueprints to take the design as their own.
