Better Modules
Better Modules mod removes negative modifiers from all module types, that includes air, navy and tank modules.

Furthermore, tank designs have increased armor and engine max levels which capped at 100 instead of 20. Negative modifiers gained from increasing armor and engine is also removed.

However, fuel consumption and production cost increase modifiers are left unaltered.
